Following our earlier announcement that Zampell Inc. has acquired CobbLloyd Refractories, we are now sending formal letters to clients to confirm that the CobbLloyd name will change to Zampell on 1 October 2018. If you did not receive a letter and think someone else in your organisation should, please forward a copy to them or let us know and we will reissue it.
What the letter contains
The letter confirms our new company name and provides updated contact details. It also explains practical changes you may notice during the transition. You will continue to work with the same people, and we will introduce any additional team members where appropriate. Your existing telephone numbers will remain the same. Email addresses will change to the @zampell.co.uk domain.
Administrative changes to expect
We are updating company documentation, vehicle livery, site signage and workwear to reflect the Zampell brand. Our bank details will also change. We will send separate confirmation of the new banking information directly to your accounts payable team in due course.
Our location and service continuity
We will continue to operate from our current offices in Burntwood. Our skilled teams, best practices and product quality remain unchanged. The merger gives us access to additional manufacturing capacity and global support while we maintain the local responsiveness and service levels you expect.
