How We Maintain Quality
Supplier and material control
We pre-qualify suppliers, approve material specifications and perform incoming inspections so critical materials are traceable to batch, lot or heat numbers.
Controlled production and process monitoring
Manufacturing follows documented work instructions and ISO-aligned controls, with PLC-controlled drying and firing programmes, full data logging and calibrated equipment to ensure repeatable processes.
Inspection, testing and validation
Finished components undergo dimensional checks, visual inspection and mechanical or thermal testing as required. Non-destructive testing is applied for critical parts and hold points are enforced during production and site works.
Competence, calibration and change control
We invest in training and competence assessment for operatives and supervisors, maintain planned calibration and maintenance schedules, and control design revisions and drawing issues through a formal document management system.
Non-conformance management and continuous improvement
Deviations are recorded, investigated and closed with corrective actions. Customer feedback, KPIs such as on-time delivery and first-pass quality, and regular internal audits drive continuous improvement across the business.
